dictated removal of vapors released during open air loading of fuel. This required the installation of a vacuum system to collect the vapors from the loading process, transport same to a storage tank for combustion. Rebuild of existing and construction of new underground piping while station remained in operation.

All utilities were designed with expansion modules because the plans called for residential area to fill the remainder of the property. A marina was constructed as well fuel storage and distribution piping to service the facility and the marina.

Scott Air Force Base Belleville, IL

IL nation guard was required to move a wing of KC- 135 tankers from O’Hare to Scott Air Base. This required. Additional fuel storage as well as underground distribution piping to all six aircraft to load at any one time. Residence halls and office space was constructed as well as maintenance and storage hangers.

Rebuild of city after destruction that occurred during occupation by Iraq. Rehab of power plant, water plant and waste water treatment facilities. Rehab of Hilton hotel. Rebuild of major oil distribution line to move crude from the oil fields to tanker loading dockage.
