WORK RESPONSIBILITY:

• To carry out pre commissioning and commissioning activities in Naphtha hydro treating unit, CCR & PENEX.

• To carry out P&ID correction and modification.

• To prepare the air blowing, leak test, steam blowing, MRT, lube oil flushing marked up drawing preparation and review with client.

• To prepare the operating manual of NHT, CCR, PENEX unit and resolve the client comments.

• To prepare and arrange the manpower, tools and tackles, catalyst, lube oil for pre commissioning activities.

• To carry out air blowing and water flushing, cardboard blasting (PDP), steam blowing, lube oil flushing and chemical cleaning activities.

• To carry out the plant start up activities. (NHT, CCR & PENEX).

• To carry out the DCS function test, ESD logic check.

• To carry out compressor start up and shutdown activities.

• To carry out plant start up and shutdown activities. EXPERIENCE :
