I have gained experience in managing maintenance contractors ensuring compliance with Service level agreement. I have worked in a number of maintenance related projects as well as being responsible for water billing at O.R. Tambo International Airport Stakeholder’s on the water usage. I have been part of the Tender Preparation Evaluation Committee team (TPEC) for the appointing of maintenance contractors, evaluation criteria and participating award of bids. Paying invoicing of different contractors, which would be over five hundred thousand per month on the Oracle System. Creating Requisitions to order goods and services. Communicating with stakeholders or end user about upcoming projects or what the Facilities Maintenance departments is planning to implement. Procurement, contracting and reactive & proactive property maintenance management through the computerized Maintenance Management System.

DUTIES –Management of Service Level Agreements between company and the contractors. Conduct continuous audit and quality control and insuring that SLA is encounter, maintenance work is performed within the required response time and according to manufacturer specification. Implementing remedial actions before failure occurs. Effectively keep record of all contractor interactions. Being part of Tender Preparation Evaluation Committee team TPEC for appointing a maintenance contractor and O.R. Tambo International Airport projects, evaluation criteria and participate in evaluation and award of bids / tenders received. Adhere to relevant statutory and legislative regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) operational standards, policies and practices.
