Responsibilities in McAfee

Monitoring ACS and CCTV of Pan India locations (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai) and Global sites.

Regular checkups of CCTV and ACS online status is done on daily basis. If any abnormalities found during checking inform the concerned team and to follow up until it is resolved.

Incase of any incident found during checking we must update it without any delay to the next level.

Sending shift reports to Manager on daily basis.

Activation and de-activation of Temporary badges are done for the employees on requirement basis.

Sending Temporary badges reconciliation report to Managers and sending NR details to the employees.

Tracking Lady employees who travel late night and ensure they reach their residence safely.

Monitoring alarms of Fire Exit doors through Security tool and brief the employees about process.

Managing records of Lost and Found data. Appreciation mails will be sent to the employees who handovers High Value Items.

Handling Phishing calls, collecting all the data from the caller and share those details to the Fusion Center for further action.

Helping new joining employees how to raise a request in ServiceNow tool (Use to raise any Security related queries).

Printing of badges as per the request raised by the employees or by their managers. Shipping the badges to the employees who are working in Out stations / Remote Locations.

Monitoring Fire alarms and check with the concerned Team for the reason and to raise incidents in Incident Tracker tool.

Raising incident with IT Team if there is any failure of networks.

Clean Desk Policy is conducted on daily basis. If found any items from employees’ cubicle/desk, mail will be sent to concerned employees and maintaining the record.

Monitoring local news and update the concerned Team if there are any emergencies.

If Wrong parking and long parking vehicles are noticed. Mail communication will be sent to the employees to remove their vehicles ASAP.

Sending weekly audit reports to Managers on weekly basis.

Exit Clearance is done for LDO employees after collecting the Corporate Security Assets and sending notifications to HR Team and employees Managers accordingly.

Monitoring shutdown activities of Pan India location and Remote sites.

Arranging special escort to airport pickup and drop and tracking them until the employees reach safely (Applicable only for Lady employees).

Conducting audit on quarterly basis for Restricted access areas. Sending mails to Lab owners and asking them to review the users.

Maintaining Dashboard report on daily basis and sending CS Metrix report to Global team which consist of all Security related activity happened in past week. Responsibilities in HolidayIQ.com

To provide information and assistance to the Passengers.

To help passengers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, baggage concerns and questions about frequent flying programs.

To have face-to-face interactions with the passengers.

To assist passengers with check-in, issuing tickets, provide flight information, check-in baggage’s and solve ticket-related travel problems.

To check boarding passes, upgrade seats and reissue tickets when a flight is overbooked.

To assist passengers with self-service check-in kiosks.

Inspect and verify passenger documentation.

To issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions or cancellations.

Manage passenger baggage processing including handling and fee calculation (if applicable).

Assist passengers as needed through arrival and check in processes including support for passengers with special requirements such as unaccompanied minors (UM), VIP passengers and passengers needing special assistance.

Direct passengers through Immigration, Quarantine and Customs as required.

Make public address announcements as required.

Assist Team members in other areas of the airport to ensure that wheelchairs, strollers and gate checked bags (cleared through security) are made available for loading upon departure and delivery to passengers upon arrival.

Comply with Airlines Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

Produce work-related documentation when required.
