Dear Sir or Madam,
I feel obligated to write this letter of recommendation for Jestin Raja due to his outstanding performance and achievements while working with Washington Mutual Home Loans in the United States of America for the past two and half years.
Jestin began his career by working on the boarding process which is the first step in doing a home loans mortgage. He had to ensure all the correct notices and compliance forms where included in the package that went to the customer. Jestin also was responsible for inputting all the information into the MLCS compute system including fees which is no easy task. The goal for each day was to complete 12 packages. Jestin was able to grasp this type of work so quickly that while other employees were doing on average 15 a day he was able to complete 29 daily. Not only did he do twice the quantity but he maintained quality work. He was such an excellent employee in less than four months he became the subject matter expert and taught all new hires how to perform this task.
Jestin was too intelligent for this process so the opportunity arose for him to move into another area to make loan decisions on home equity loans for the bank. He had no problem whatsoever learning an entirely new system and a different process. He was able to grasp the policies and procedures very quickly for approving home equity loans and again rose to the top utilizing his talent.
Jestin’s performance was once again outstanding when he exceeded the goal by 60% each day when he was able to decision over 50 loans a when over his team mates completed 20. Jestin has been a top performer since he began his career and has recently scored well on all his training and tests he had to complete. He has just finished income courses on how to review income and tax returns for people in the United States which can be quite a task when you are from another country but once again he excelled.
Jestin is well respected, always willing to work extra when volume is high, a top performer and able to communicate well with people in the United States. I would highly recommend him due to his vast knowledge and ability to learn very quickly.
