Profile
I am a self-starter who is looking to hone my skills as a Finance professional. In my current role I conduct all of the financial analysis for projects that bring in over $20M in annual Revenue, price bids for new business, provide support for new hires, and manage Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) on my contract. From 2020-2021 I also raised capital to acquire and reposition a $1M apartment complex, which was sold for a profit in December of 2021. Throughout this project I conducted all financial analysis, tax preparation, day to day operations, and managed partners, employees, and contractors while navigating the company through the national eviction moratorium.
