I ran register, recieved trucks and vendors. Worked out freight. I help train the new employees as the assistant manager. As

of February 2022 I ran the store( the manager had quit). On top of my assistant duties I did the scheduling, store ordering,

banking. I set displays, did schematics. I did the hiring. I wrote work orders. I did that for 7 weeks.

I was a manufacturers Representative

I was assigned exclusively to Restaurant Depots to perform audits on certain companies that had their products in store to

sell. I was in charge of checking dates of products, making sure it was getting put on the shelves, updating pricing each

month. Checking on orders and if their were any customer complaints. I traveled in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida and several

other states when needed. I did extra training at several companies that we represented such as Unilever, Sabert and Rosina

I also demonstrated the products.

For the last ear I worked with P and L I help set up a demo company partnered with Restaurant Demo. I went to Restaurant

Depot stores and bought all the equipment, inventoried it and put it in storage totes for the new demo company to use when

they did their demos. I set up those totes in over 7 states.

It was a traveling Carnival. I started out as a babysitter to the owner's daughter. In 1989, I worked food trailers and drove

trailers to different locations. In 1990 I was put in the office to help the owner run the business. I counted money, did payroll,

assigned the jobs, kept the ledgers, did the banking. I typed of the contracts between the owners and the fairboards. I helped

book places to set up the rides. Dispatched the trucks. Dealt with DOT, Security. I was involved with hiring the temporary

employees. I worked with fairboards on hiring entertainment for the fairs. I did the ordering of equipment.

I alao got to go to the manufacturers business and give my ideas and help design a one of a kind concession trailer.
