I am responsible for and I teach Spanish in KS3 and KS4. I develop SoW, lesson plans and resources to ensure consistency in the department. I am also responsible for tracking and analysing data as well as creating action plans accordingly. I have also taking part in the Teaching and Learning team of the school by providing CPD sessions to whole staff.
