To conceptualize, design and implement content requirements for any digital platform

Context of the job:

Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and implementing content as per briefs received from the Marketing Department and other business users.

Key Performance Areas:

Tasks Related to the KPA -

To deliver outputs in line with the business requirements by interpreting brief requirements and formulating content / design accordingly.

Receive, analysis and interpret work requests from various stakeholders and/or the Digital Marketing Department

Identify whether the work request can be actioned or whether further analysis with the Digital Experience Manager is required.

Conduct research to identify the most suitable solution and content in relation to the specific work request and/or proof of concept

Evaluate all relevant aspects with regard to legacy content, source material, customer feedback and available analytical data.

Design and develop the proof of concept or storyboards.

Obtain internal sign-off on the proof of concept / storyboard and liaise with the ecommerce manager for further input

When required generate a formal work order in order to continue with further design and implementation

Adhere to established Change Control Processes. I.e. complete the required design work within the development / testing environment before production.
