Why is the PTO policy being revised?
Currently, markets have varying policies. Revisions made to the Vacation and Holiday policies are part of the efforts to standardize policies across all markets. What changes were made to the PTO policy?
Considering there were market-specific policies, and parts of the policy remained the same or changed depending on location, below is a summary of the new policy. Eligibility Requirements:
o One year of service, actively working during the one-year review o Worked an average of 30 hours per week during the one-year review o Actively works on the specific company holiday
If one year of service is met as of January 1st:
o One week of vacation, equal to average hours worked in the previous calendar year, up to 40 hours
o Vacation hours are set at the beginning of the year, must be used all at once within the calendar year
If one year of service is met after January 1st:
o One week of vacation, equal to average hours worked during the first-year review, up to 40 hours. Vacation hours are prorated based on the month associate becomes eligible. o Vacation hours are set on the 1st of the month after reaching one year of service and must be used all at once within the calendar year.
How will I see my vacation hours?
Your manager will be provided with your available hours by January 15, 2022, and can provide this to you.
How much am I paid to work on company observed Holidays? Eligibility Requirements:
o One year of service, actively working during the one-year review o Worked an average of 30 hours per week during the one-year review o Actively works on the specific company holiday
Holiday Pay:
