RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

· Work directly for the Production Manager in coordinating assembly duties for our daily chocolate-covered gifting orders and production schedules

· Hands-on assembly and package of a variety of specialty confections such as chocolate-dipped fruits, chocolate-covered treats, nuts, and desserts.

· Portion chocolate pieces and delicately pack components into individual custom gift boxes

· Verify and maintain consistent product specifications making adjustments as needed
