PROFILE:

I am an experienced marketing professional and negotiator with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. I have a comprehensive range of knowledge and experience within the non-profit and business communities. Thaw 2008 -2011 Annual Fundraiser benefiting Huntington’s Disease Society of America

Producer/Fundraiser: Annual fundraising event supporting Huntington’s Disease awareness and research and political support of the Parity Act. Yearly this event has drawn over 500 attendees and has raised in excess of $200,000 per event.

* Planned and/or delivered yearly marketing seminars and presentations in Asia, Europe and the United Kingdom.

* Advise international clients regarding compliance with international trade treaties and laws regarding U.S. business acquisitions. Focused on contract negotiations, structuring of purchase and sale agreements, and arranging escrow and trust accounts, followed by local, state and federal license registrations and filings. Developed and successfully saw to completion over 60 transactions in the last 17 years.
