PROFILE
Highly professional leader and manager with broad international experience in Engineering, Projects, Maintenance and Shutdowns for global market leaders in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors, including Shell, Chevron and Qatar Gas. I have led large teams as a site based manager in delivering technical, multidiscipline work-scopes on a broad range of mechanical and piping activities. I worked on the world leading Shell Pearl GTL plant in Qatar from 2013 to 2019 where I was involved as a Field Engineer (Superintendent) leading work execution on shutdowns and maintenance. I was responsible for work delivery of a team in excess of 50 tradesmen. Throughout my career I have held an excellent record of safety performance and lead by example in driving improvements in safety performance within my teams.
Educated as a Mechanical Engineer and having a trade background in Pipefitting, Plumbing and Welding, I am versatile and can move freely between technical work delivery roles and management and supervision.
