My role was to manage the shop itself which was helping service the cars, certifying technicians, helping with cleanup, making sure the tech had lunch and breaks, and also solving issues that arose with customers. I also had to help the department manager with merchandise and taking tickets in at the counter. I also helped the auto care manager with hiring and inventory. May 2021 – May 2022

• Walmart- Automotive Technician-

While working at Walmart in the automotive area I did oil changes, cleaned headlights, and did tire work such as tire rotation and putting new tires on vehicles. I also would manage the shop such as scheduling breaks and lunches, handling customer complaints, and made sure that everything was closed properly.

• Firestone- Automotive Technician-

At Firestone, I did oil changes, tire repair, fixed brakes lines, and alignments. April 2017 – May 2018

• NTB- Automotive Technician

I did oil changes and tire services. I started as a normal automotive technician and got promoted to lead of the automotive technicians. I would then make sure they had everything they needed and scheduled them.
