UNDERWRITING SUPERVISOR

Daily management, coaching and development of HECM Traditional, Purchase and HECM to HECM Refinance underwriters. Responsible for the retraining of department staff and assisting over 10 underwriters obtain their CHUMS ID numbers. Assisted the current underwriting manager to develop new underwriting policies and procedures including a comprehensive underwriting and appraisal review checklists resulting in less NOR and PETR findings from HUD.
