Created monitoring compliance system (on excel format) to execute design rules assessment with the program engineers and monitored the design changes during the product development at each milestone for all 2023MY and inflight programs. Supported Material Cost Reduction engineering actions to achieve cost save ($10) on Explorer and ($5) on F250 vehicles for leafscreen redesigns. 2017-2019 – Core Engineer for cleaning and cooling AV sensors Lead in development of cleaning system for AV vehicles. The development has resulted in many innovations and design of air/fluid cleaning system for the AV sensors. Performed multiple testing on different available production components
(pumps, nozzles, hoses, check valves, valve manifolds, connectors, compressors, fans, air blowers ) while developing the most efficient cleaning and cooling system for AV short range and long range cameras, lidars, and radars. Developed Engineering Discipline Documents such as Block Diagram, Interface matrix, P-Diagram, DFMEA, Engineering Specification for three different AV cleaning and cooling prototype systems as well as the final one for the production vehicles. Developed first parametric design concept for fluid with Ford advanced engineering on a surrogate program. Modified of shelf production HVAC AIR blower for air cleaning system and developed air nozzles design that established the minimum air velocity required to remove water droplets from AV sensors lenses.
