Ensure that all FICO staffs are trained and fully equipped to perform their responsibilities
Lead discussion with all FICO staff & FICO Consultant (G/L, AR, AP, Asset, FM, CCA, COPA) modules.
Involve discussion with key users & consultant in relation with Business Process within FICO.
Conduct weekly meeting with members of FICO to discuss progress of SAP Implementation.
Collaborate with SAP Consultant to manage SAP Implementation.
Report to Project Manager for Progress of SAP Implementation within FICO area.
