Vice President Worlden Group DBA Golden Corral April 2021 to Present Reported directly to the CEO. Opened four Golden Corrals after the pandemic closure. Hired a Director of Food Safety that reported directly to me. During that time we implemented FSMA requirement. Including updating our HACCP plans, Implementing environmental testing. We registered all of our Central Kitchen’s with the FDA as manufacturing facilities. On the operations side. We implemented a new delivery method for our food products that saved

$40,000 a month in labor and reduced the risk of injury. I researched an implemented better production exquipment that improved the efficiency of producing soups, processing vegetables, and making dough for pizza. These new pieces of production equipment saved an amazing amount of labor by reducing producton times and increasing capacity. Traveled the country presenting the training program to each region. Implemented an independent audit company Everclean to validate our food safety plan. Developed management operations manual (MOM) and SOPs, monitored health inspections, independent audits and monitored the pest programs. Collaborated with the director of operations, vice president, and restaurant teams. Involved in Food Safety Summit and past member of board of directors for Orange County and LA County Food Safety Advisories. Developed all systems to maintain compliance with Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
