Duties and Responsibilities (Document Controller/Secretary/Admin Officer)
Making letters to the consultant, Client, sub-contractors, authorities, supplier and ensuring that proper records are maintained at all times.
Forwarding submittals such as shop drawings, material submittals, PQ, Technical Submittal, Method statement Work Inspections, as built and operation manuals.
Responsible for controlling the flow and distribution of all documentation related to the project and ensuring that proper records are maintained at all times.
Ensuring all correspondences regarding financial matters is forwarded to the PM.
Making the work inspection requests and submitting to Consultant for the ongoing works and updating the status for the same.
Preparing Daily & Weekly Site Report
