CHERYL NIXON
Receptionist/front office
McKinney, TX 75071
**************@*****.***
Good day to you,
My name is Cheryl Nixon. I would like a couple of minutes of your time to introduce myself.
I have had a successful 25-year career in New Home Sales. I have had the priviledge to work with hundreds of families counseling them through the process of selecting the right home for their family, making wise decisions on selections, financial options and delivering a well-built beautiful home. I have an average of 92% customer satisfaction. (I am not perfect) but I am always giving it my best. I have recently retired from that career but am not ready to be that stay-at-home person yet. I want to serve others. I am blessed with the ability to create rapport and lasting friendships... I feel like the many hats that I wore in sales will bode well for me in any receptionist/front office/medical field or non-profit position.
Personal info: Love dogs, I have a King Charles Cavalier, Maverick… happy to send pics.
I would appreciate a quick call to chat a bit. Thank you for your consideration. Have a very blessed day.
Sincerely,
Cheryl

Dear Adrian King,
Start with a statement about why you are excited about the job you are seeking. Enthusiasm is key, and your personal connection to the role is much more important than flashy words and exclamation marks. Keep it brief and easy to read quickly.
If you feel a second paragraph is needed, touch on areas of the role that interest you. State your desire to learn more, suggest a follow up call or email. Be clear about your respect for busy schedules.
(Here’s a tip: be sure to try Word Editor for suggestions on how to make this cover letter the best it can be.)
Sincerely,
