Review HUD1 (Settlement Statement) for seller approved fees and charges according to policy.

Insure that pro-rations for taxes are paid and reflected on the settlement statement correctly.

Monitor scheduled closings reports of various negotiating specialists to affect timely closing.

Communicate with negotiating specialist as needed regarding status of files in closing and/or any problems as they occur.

Update the Fidelity system for applicable short sale, note sale, settlement & Deed in lieu data.

Input approved workout information in Fidelity system.
