Portable X-ray company covering a multi-state region performing billing, collections for procedures, set up and transporting, x-rays and ultrasounds for nursing homes, retirement homes, and patients.
• Process all mail and correspondence and ensure that copy of check is attached with backups from the lockboxes. Utilize Excel spreadsheet to log in lockboxes and completed batches.
• Identify individual checks on lockbox batch report and scan information to accurately process checks through remote check deposit online banking system. Process and print batch sheets for correspondence.
• Oversee signing and distribution of all UPS and Federal Express packages.
• Employ the DDF system as well as incorporate new hires to research information on different payer types.
