Handle all financial aspects of a busy productive school district including but not limited to yearly budgets and amendments, AFR, audit reports, accounts payables, payroll, assets, federal and state taxes and manage all grants.
Supervise the office staff, child nutrition, custodial, maintenance and transportation. Provide training as necessary, deal with all personnel matters in accordance with the law and school district policy and conduct reviews.

Check accuracy of all codes on time sheets, purchase orders and vouchers.
