Senior Administrator of an Assisted Living, Independent Living, and two memory care communities. Oversee 94 employees, 9 of them managers. Work well in budget to meet NOI. Enforce Policies procedures, processes to have the best outcomes for our residents in the 4 different lines of products that we manage.

2013 – Edgewood Executive Director Park Place Casper, WY

Administrator of an Assisted Living Facility. Oversee 45 employees, 6 of them managers. Annual budget of 3.16 million. Enforce Policies and Procedures that are set forth by the state of Wyoming. Have been recognized by Management of our current company with several awards. Maintain a great community relation within the Casper area and surrounding areas.

2012 - 2013 Business Development Representative

Maintaining community relations and marketing for a Home Health agency in Casper. To continue to maintain accounts and build new accounts. Keep educated on changes of Medicare/ Medicaid changes for payment of the services that we provide and educate the medical community of these changes.

2010-2012 Technical Building Supervisor

Directed staff at a church of 4000. Maintaining a budget and supervise employees to clean, maintain a church of 119,000 square feet and staff.
