Process and Project Engineer with almost 7 years’ experience in delivering large scale projects within the automotive industry from initial conception to completion. This experience includes current model improvements involving quality enhancement, cost down activities and cycle time reduction as well as a large involvement in new process and model introduction.
Currently Working within a ‘Project’ team to utilise in house skills and resource to provide business cost saving. Current role within the team is to source and implement cost saving ideas by utilising in house manufacturing and testing abilities which include a project to save €7 per part by assembling and testing fuel rails in house which equates to a saving of €3.5Million over 5 Years.
Experience is predominantly based around process and planning engineering however currently bridging between both Planning and Facilities roles with responsibility and accountability for facility installations with limited support from other facilities engineers.
