Responsibilities

Prepare and implement procurement strategies, annual procurement budgets and procurement plans that conform to the overall business strategy and accountability for implementation.

Oversee the formulation of policies and procedures and ensure regular review so that they are current and practical.

Ensuring timely, efficient and effective procurement of goods, services and works, while strictly adhering to the procurement policy.
