Work re-inspects using a DPIR machine to check for leaks on service lines, main lines all utility boxes and underground openings and meters. Main objective is to make sure leaks are not spreading. Plant department has up to 15 months to repair.
Work follow ups using a dpir machine to make sure repairs have been made by plant department.
Create DPI’s for the plant department to repair new leaks if leaks are found on service lines, mains or under shut off valve. Notify the integration center immediately if grade one leaks found so the service technician can investigate further and make safe.
Walk transmission class lines to make sure there are no leaks and no structures or obstructions on our transmission lines.

In the DIS system I research and organize manifold accounts over $1,000 and develop a spreadsheet to arrange for gas service to be discontinued. Conduct research on accounts that are due for shut off and forward the research for the meter reading department. Transfer credits to final accounts. And various other duties.
