It was my job to make sure every guest was a return guest. In this role I led all orientations as well as all new hire training. I also spent several nights a week doing the position of head wait which required me to pull and count all cash drawers as well as all server deposits and remits after shifts. In this role I also ran all end of night reports did all paperwork and deposits for the business. I was also in charge of dispersing employees tip share onto their pay cards. I have been in the people pleasing industry for over 30 years which has given me excellent customer service skills, cash handling skills,,problem solving skills and take great pride in my leadership skills.
