Lead, command, manage and direct the Human Resources military life cycle functions that support HR policy formulation, interpretation, coordination, integration, and implementation at all echelons.

An Adjutant General Officer responsible for providing personnel support that affect Soldiers’ overall welfare and wellbeing, while assisting commanders by accounting for and keeping Soldiers combat ready.
