Create deliveries and post invoices on SAP, schedule pickups by phone and customer’s portals. Make sure material handlers have daily and weekly orders ready on the right quantity, packaging for local and foreign customers. Interaction with customers and carriers by email and phone daily.

Monitoring and supporting raw material orders and inventory level together the logistics assistant to make sure production and other areas are supplied as needed and stocks are on a good level.

Manage Resale operations from origin to destination. Send orders to manufacture in Brazil and ship the products to the warehouse in Michigan, USA. Prepare deliveries/schedule transportation and inform the warehouse associates who prepare the orders accordingly and have them shipped to the final customer.
