Employment History:
Amazon FMC. Process Assistant Manager/ Learning Ambassador 7/2021- 3/2022 SAN ANTONIO, TX 78244
Launched with Amazon in 2021 and became a Learning Ambassador 3 days later. They trained me to train new Hires and audited them in certain job areas. Would coach AAs on Scan rates and understanding why they would get errors. Became Process Assistant 3 months in and started training immediately. I was trained to pull volume and see what goal needed to be reached and how many AAS we needed in path to get the job done while keeping a good Tph goal. I was also trained in multiple roles I must take on daily. Sort Linear Station- I delegated workers to scan and keep up with the work volume coming in. If AAS got good scan rates I would give them E-Swag bucks to buy apparel from amazon store. Would also throw myself in path and help them out. Making sure if there were Jams with packages, I would have to clear them and keep my laptop next to me to stay on jams and tph goals. Inbound- I would have to keep track of the trucks coming in whether 26ft trucks or 53ft trucks. I would assign and pre-assign trucks in Dock Doors and had to be certain what load and volume was in it and what DD to put it on. Max reach or by Mech lite where we also ran sorting lines. I would have to have 2 radios for Operations Managers for Sort line and for Tom team in the yard. I had to track the trucks coming in as well and pre-assign the night shifts trucks as well. I had to get TDR trained to open and close dock doors. AAs could not do this unless TDR trained. TDR class was 4 hours. Would have to assign workers on what to do: Off load the trucks where to put the volume, what truck needs to be worked on first and finished. Had AAs help me clean up pallets left, and carts put up when not in use before shift ended. This was a Tuff Role to take on & was left in it 2 days of training. Worked in Problem Solve Area where if packages broke, were torn, open, or wrong building I would fix or damage it out, also return items or place new label and repackage. Would send to USPS Air and Ground.
