regulations. Conduct meetings with employees to keep them up to date
pertinent changes within the company. Responsible for the end of the period
reports, direct investigations into causes of customer complaints and
respond accordingly. Oversee the P&D Drivers; responsible for getting the
deliveries and pick-ups made, schedule loads, handle driver concerns and
complaints. Work with outside vendors and contractors to keep the terminal
and equipment up and running 24/7.
