SUMMARY – I am currently retired and looking for part-time remote/home employment. I was previously an executive assistant with a wide range of experiences and accomplishments. These included:
Performed personal assistant and administrative support for senior level executives, including working thirteen years as the executive assistant to a chair of his own investment banking boutique; eight years working for the EVP/Head of Global Strategy at a large advertising agency; and six years working for a managing director/head of strategic resources in New York City for a large private philanthropy
Ran an office, including handling all facilities and general operations, choosing vendors, and negotiating contracts, purchasing office supplies and equipment, collaborating with contractors and builders, and approving plans
Supervised and had responsibility for hiring and training support/clerical staff
Participated in business development, marketing, and public relations programs
Organized and coordinated special events, including hosting, and serving as contact person
Arranged extensive travel, managed complicated itinerary schedules, and planned-ahead for internal and external events
