1 Sep 2018-1 May 2019: Final Year Projects (Funded by Lebanese University) First rank final year PED at BAU. The project focuses on poultry farms, specifically broilers, and on how to increase the production rate of poultry meat without having any drawbacks on the environment and animal welfare. This is achieved by using automation systems, where various environmental parameters such as the temperature, the humidity, the concentration of Ammonia gas (NH3), etc… are monitored via sensors, and a PLC will take action accordingly.
