My objective as a leader is the choice to serve others. It is my belief that leadership is minimized when service for others is absent. In the end for me at least, it is not what position you hold, it is about what you do. By serving, you become a leader.

SKILLS

An interest in growing and learning all about leadership and serving and how they work together.

Tough minded and I am not afraid to fail multiple times in order to learn something.

A strong protector of rights for those that cannot protect themselves.

I like to believe that I am always trying to learn from others in order to make myself a better person.

ACTIVITIES

I love to read about leadership, service and what it takes to be a servant leader, especially in our field of law enforcement. I love the underdog and I am a big fan of those that have overcome to succeed and lead. I also work out at least four to five times a week as I am always preparing for that fight that is coming. The suffering that comes with working out and pushing myself to compete and serve helps me when I start to question myself… I am constantly trying to improve as a person for those that are watching, especially my legacy, my kids.
