I was graduated from Tarbiat Modarres University (TMU) that located in Tehran and I have master degree in agriculture engineering

–plant breeding and my thesis was in androgenesis in wheat and rape that was specialized field in tissue culture to generate plants via microspore culture.

During my employment for about 18 years at agriculture management I specialized in helping farmers and consulting them to improve their yields and solve their problems in the range of field culture(wheat, date, tomato,…) and intensive culture like greenhouse and mushroom culture.

In addition, the image of my academic degree and the summary of my master degree thesis and my passport will be followed in this letter.

Study of Androgenesis in Some Canola (Brassica napus) and Hexaploid Wheat (Triticum aestivum)

Abstract

This study consists of two experiments:

1- In the first experiment the response of three canola cultivars (Global, Okapi and Colvert) to isolation microspore culture in condition of four heat pretreatments (One day in 32 C, One day in 4 C and then one day in 32 C, Two days in 32 C and Three days in 32 C ) was studied.

The experiment design consisted of two-factor experiment in a random complete design with three replications.

Donor plants were grown in controlled growth chamber with a photoperiod 16h / 8h

(day / night) and temperature 15 C / 10-12 C (day / night). The result of this experiment indicated that Cultivar, Heat pretreatment and their interactions affected embryogenesis.

Global cultivar was the best among other cultivars. Heat pretreatment for two days in 32 C and three days in 32 C showed highest influence on embryogenesis. The interaction affects of Global two days in 32 C and Global three days in 32 C were the best interaction among other interactions. In this experiment we successfully regenerated plants from microspore isolation culture.

2- In the second experiment we studied the response of four spring typed hexaploid wheat cultivars (Pavon, HD112, Ghods and Tajan) to four liquid medium cultures

(P2, P4, CHB-2 and W14) in wheat anther culture. Donor plants where grown in controlled growth chamber in condition like above experiment. Experimental design was randomized complete block design with three replications. By results of this experiment we found that cultivar, medium sources and interaction between them have signification effects on embryogenesis, total regeneration

(Albino + Green plant) and green plant regeneration. Pavon and HD112 cultivars had highest response to embryogenesis and green plant regeneration. Also, Pavon cultivar showed best response to total plant regeneration. P4 medium showed the best affect on regeneration and CHB-2 shown highest response to total regeneration and green plant regeneration. About embryogenesis percent HD112 CHB-2 showed the best interaction. Pavon P4, Pavon HD112 and HD112 CHB-2 interactions showed the best response to total regeneration. Also CHB-2 Pavon and HD112 CHB-2 interactions shown the best interaction about green plant regeneration.
