My responsibilities were to make sure as fitting room to monitor merchandise
being tried on, and to make sure there was not broken packages left in fitting room.
As cashier my responsibilities were to complete timed transactions. Also maintain
front end clean, and organized. Shelves restocked, and greet customers.
My responsibilities as Stock Associate were to make sure all merchandise was processed correctly. Run the merchandise to its appropriate department, also keep the stock room organized, and clean free of hard tag pins.
My responsibilities as a Store Protection Specialist were to greet customers with a smile,
and eye contact. Monitor, and respond to serious incidents concerning as in internal, and external theft. I would observe all transactions with cashiers making sure there was great customer service, and monitor cash control. I would enforce company policy with associates as in store reports of shrink, and work with those on my shifts what to look for when there were thieves in the store. I would study all behaviors from all departments as Loss Prevention I was certified within the company to check personal items to make sure no associate was committing theft. I would monitor the property cameras due to serious incidents, making sure all associates were completing their set assignments.
Reason for leaving: Retaliation from external thieves, and associates.

My duties were to assist members with their concerns. HIPPA verify each member date of birth, member id, and date of birth. I would assist members when they would call that a doctor’s office, or a pharmacy would not take the insurance card.. I would make calls to
whom ever the member needed me to speak with. I would assist members obtaining their information on their insurance plan. Also assist with transfers. Scheduling transportation for each member. Obtain Over the counter benefits cards for members. I would also speak to members when they were upset/frustrated attempting de-escalating situations.
I left this job due to the hostility that was being shown to me from a Supervisor. I was also discriminated by managers/supervisors. I left this job to seek one where I am appreciated, and valued. I was also discriminated for race, religion, and auto immune disease.

My duties are to also verify each customer account for supplies. I am organized in my word perfect, and excel. I make sure that I am posting advertisement for this organization. I am to ship out any material that is requested from a UPS or FedEx, and USPS. I make sure each item is wrapped for shipping as in oils, perfumes, quartz, bohiemian skirts. My reason for leaving is due to sales have been slow due to the pandemic.
