Obtained an SBA 504 Loan through the Oakland County Economic Growth Program by creating an in-depth accurate businesses plan that was the catalyst for acquiring loans through Pontiac State Bank as well as the SBA.

Designed and built a new store prototype that was copied by Thomasville throughout the country.

Set the new store sales standard for Thomasville stores.

Created a business model for operating a Thomasville Home Furnishings store and assembled and trained a staff of employees to carry out the plan.
