- Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and plumbing blue prints
. HVAC :
- Electrical Troubleshoot
- repair or replace all components .
- Familiar with Freon recovery systems.
- All pm works
. Appliances:-
- Troubleshoot, repair, or replace stoves (electric or gas), microwave, dishwashers, garbage disposals,
refrigerators, and make adjustments to appliances to include replacement of gaskets, leveling, and
adjusting pilots.
. Plumbing: -
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, i.e.: familiar with snakes and drains and all bathroom and kitchen
accessories.
- Repair or replace trim fixtures, i.e.: faucets, diverters, and their components.
