8 story, 400,000 sq. ft. renovation of the old Copley Rusch Hospital. This abandoned building was converted into Senior Living facility with memory care and additional retail spaces on first and second floor of the 1970’s wing. There is a total of 150+ rooms with 7 new elevators throughout the building. There were many historical items and details to remain a historical building as the eras of the buildings ranged from 1888, 1916 wing, 1932 wing and 1970 wing,

Existing space where I had to create 1 science lab, 1 practice lab, create a new security room for students to check in, and all new flooring in commons. Roughly 35,0000 sq.ft. Finished on time and under budget. Timeline 8 weeks.

Existing space where I had to create a new lab, control room, board room for students. I also had create a Tech playground for Devry and 12 new offices for colleagues. Roughly 20,000 sq. ft. Finished on time and under budget. Timeline 10 weeks.

Demo 4th floor 35,000 sq.ft. carpet, furniture, and walls. Create new call center, new flooring, new paint scheme and branding. Timeline 10 weeks
