Promoted, established, and maintained effective working relationships with a cross functional engineering group to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues prior to escalation with minimum direction
Doper Machine (Des Moines, IA Plant)
Provide start-up programming support for the Automatic Doper Machine using RS Logix 5000 to improve cycle time and reliability of processing agriculture tires
Modified motion control parameters and recipe data to automatically retry the gantry system pick up of green tires that are marginal out of original specification given to integrator and updated the FANUC robot spray pattern to prevent chemical solution from covering the inner splice of the tire U1 Tire Assembly Machine (Lavergne, TN Plant)
Designed control panels, developed software using Rockwell RS Logix 5000 and Siemens S7, implemented safety hardware improvements, integrated sub systems, lead risk assessment, directed and commissioned 4 L-style tire assembly machines that provided a 30% increase in tire productivity
