Employed with a group of orthopedic surgeons connected to Hoag Hospital named NewportCare managed this center for seven years working within contracting private insurances, HMO, IPAs and hospitals. The past 5 years I’ve worked with a Prosthetics and Orthotic Group as a contracting manger, obtaining contracts, credentialing, negotiating rates, Completing Medicare and Medi-cal application on-line, CCS paneling physicians and practitioners with both Company’s . Reviewed and analyzed all potential proposals and quotes, negotiated all terms and conditions. Maintained a consistent guideline for evaluating contracts for later renegotiations. Monitored all contracts requirements to comply on both state and federal regulations, Maintained a contract database to assist with strategic plans to identified opportunities for improvement.
