TTS Channels and Services STARS is a Pega vendor application based upon IBM middleware instances .

Responsible for all applications and database deployments, application checkouts, Infrastructure upgrades, environment monitoring, Certificate renewals, Application restarts, Green zone management,Hotfix installation, handling EOL, EOVs and Troubleshooting issues.

Leading a team of 4 members involved in supporting the applications

Description: Main Objective of the project was to provide 24*7 support to Support Dotnet and Java application deployments for all applications under wealth management across all the environments

My responsibilities include:

Deploy and support the changes in all environments.

Specialist in ServiceNow which includes Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management and Knowledge Management

Managed 200 above user requests per week with the help of ServiceNow tool which included various processes from logging incidents, classification by impact and urgency, assigning for quick resolution, escalation, providing resolution and generating reports for monitoring purpose.
