- Capacitation for 100 MM tons of annual Budget for the Carajás Railroad transport (2006-2009)
As supervisor of the electro-electronic's components for freight locomotives, also responsible for the capacitation constructions and implementations of the section to meet the new requirements for transporting the new iron ore volume budget. Re-projecting the section, implementing new equipments, New processes and training. Duties went beyond conception, specification for the project team, validations, implementation and reception of the project's final products. Investment: R $ 10MM.
- Capacitation for 150 MM tons of annual Budget for the Carajás Railroad transport (2009-2011)
As the predictive maintenance supervisor, the product owner for this project, which included construction for the re-design of the locomotive repair shop lines for servicing the new volume of machines, reform of the industrial maintenance office, reform of the chemical laboratory with new processes and equipments to support the new capacity. Design, specification and construction work of a new maintenance line for diesel-eletric locomotive's engines. Design, specification and construction work of a new chemical laboratory in the middle of the railway,
"Açailândia", for maintenance of the fleet of railway maintenance machines. Investment: R $ 60MM
- Capacitation project for 240 million tons of annual budget for the Carajás Railroad transport (2011-2013)
As the predictive maintenance supervisor, the product owner for the design, specification, implementation and monitoring works for the new "Locomotive Inspection and Refueling Station" (PIAL), a new maintenance repair shop built in a green field in the TFPM yard to carry out with the new needs of rail transport, 6 new inspection lines for two locomotives each, all equipped with sand system, chemical laboratory and a completely innovative fuel system, interconnected with an automatic R$ 1,5 MM exhaust and fire fighter system. This new shop took EFC to a new level of operational efficiency, repairing more than 50 locomotives per day and reducing inspection maintenance time from 2.5 hours to 45-55 minutes. A completely new concept in Brazil and worldwide. Investments:> R $ 100MM
- Lean Manufacturing operation on the wagons components repair shop (2013- 2014).
As the Reliability supervisor on the quality and reliability section, worked with the team on an internal project that just organized the shop, studied the processes, trained the staff and planned the production based on the necessary takt-time. We increased the production from 45,000 sets of wheels to 65000 wheels per year. Just applying study, lean manufacturing concepts, training, capacitation and implementation of the new process.

As a senior engineer, I performed the NPV and LCC analysis, specified the product description, hired the manufacture and it was technically received at the manufacturer's factory in ERIE, Pennsylvania, USA.
-Participation in the international railway interchange conference, developing new manufacturers of power supplies, seals, electro-electronical panesl and devices as new options of the same products provided by the manufacturer, reducing maintenance costs by 33%

As the senior project engineer, working on the design, specification, contract signing, contract management, physical and financial curve reports. For the project - on board monitoring - for the carajás locomotive fleet, which is putting EFC maintenance repair shops at the forefront of asset monitoring and failure prediction. The project includes information of all available sensors, GPS location, speed and the addition of new sensors to analise the vibration and temperature of some unmonitored components that the customer believes are valuable. This project is under implementation since january 2019 and the perspective for its finish and the client's full release is for May 2021. The go-live with the beta operation version was in march of 2020. The pilot ran from august_2018 untill january of 2020. During this period all the meetings and services were and are still performed by the railway engineering and the contrated company wich is based on chicago, IL by phone to develop all the software needs and requirements as specified on the thecnical data sheet and contract with a mixed local team from the costumer and manufacturer personel, working together to reach the projects goals.
