ADDED INFORMATION
After working many years in medical I have learned the importance of confidentiality and the
HIPPA Law, I understand the privacy acts etc. I also owned my own business for 10 years
and also worked for my father's business for years in the past. I have skills in o ce duties and knowledge of many programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and Powerpoint . Making many phone calls for all my past job positions I have strong communication skills. I have many years of working with a variety of people of all ages, working in geriatrics. I learned respect for elderly and their strong beliefs and compassion for the changes that medical conditions can cause and know they don’t always understand and accept. Working with all kinds of people at the hospital I learned patience with di erent personalities understanding everyone has di erent life issues and circumstances that lead to any problems or situations they may be in and that must be respected. Also while not working while raising children i owned a business operating an All star Cheer gym. Working with youth ages 2-18 years old I have learned to be tolerant of many di erent personalities and teach by example as being a mentor to them. And trying to be their constant friend and safe place if needed and a place they can come be happy if they have rough home life, and a place of positivity if they have behavioral issues, also a strict adult authority figure to teach discipline, commitment and lifelong lessons that things aren’t always perfect but everyone must be respected and tolerated and deserve respect. Also working with parents I have learned compassion for any that may struggle and learned to deal with anyone according to their personality etc. also learned how to communicate with them also according to their personality, as everyone is di erent so not one way is right. I am a Very dedicated person, love learning new things especially in the medical field, as I learned from my boss/mentor you never stop learning. I am a hard worker and very loyal, quitting is not a thing I am accustomed to doing or being.
