Customer Service Project Manager

Ive dealt with customer service since i was *-** years old working at a family restaurant then went straight into work at 13-14, i had a workers permit. I know how to manage a situation before it gets out of hand and also how to handle it professionally and kindly but also i am sure you can corroborate this with former bosses and employees. One for example would be Mr Charles At Kia i was the employee that would deal with the customer on hand and deliver them home or pick them up or drop there car off, in a way i was the in a sense with people, well customers i would have to drive them home etc. Almost all my jobs dealt with me dealing with customers or managing my employees on home to deal with them politely etc. Never had a issue Hope this helps Thank you for your time again going over this.
