Integrated Working System
Core project member Integrated working System project. This project is all about creating a new way of working that profitably meet the objectives of the organization, which involves deep cleaning orientation, defect detect, modernizing hard to reach areas etc. to reduce variation in daily results e.g. MTBF,MTTR and Quality in order to deliver overall process targets. Involved in training Production staff on how to reduce down time in CIL, minimize machine break down, to create CIL,CL, PM, DH,RCA,DDS,DMS and lots more.
Project completed within 2 years with high records of volumes in Production, reduced cleaning time, reduced reoccurrence of breakdown, high records of MTBF and reducing Production cost.
