I am a graduate of Boys Town Vocational institute and Runaway heart academy where I successfully pursued the National Vocational Qualification of Jamaica (N.V.Q.J) Commis Chef level two and chef de partie level three and Culinarian qualifications respectfully.

I possess excellent communication skills, diligence in time management, intuitive, proactive in problem solving, adaptability and resilient in completing any task or duty given. I have experience in the position of a la’ carte chef, pantry chef and chef’s assistant, I also have experience in menu planning, pricing, and also a buffet setting and showcasing as well as being a line cook.

I possess a professional appearance and capable of maintaining high standards of sanitization, health and safety.

I am young and enthusiastic and driven, in gaining more experience to further enhancing my knowledge and skills in an environment that has high standards of service.
