Throughout Glen’s career he has identified trends in the creation of campaigns and leading that development in the field. As a director and producer in digital, film, audio, web, print and national agency commercial projects his skill set has ranged from concept to completion. He has developed strong team disciplines in all areas of commercial production. He excels in concept development based on target data and corporate culture,

Glen brings all aspects of production to life from writing to storyboards, location scouting, casting, team assembly and creative management of the talent behind and in front of the camera.

With over 2 decades of experience in large scale commercial 35mm film and digital production, Glen has produced and directed from concept to final phase editing and audio post production.

Glen was recognized with a nomination and placement as runner-up as Canada’s E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000 for his creative efforts in building one of North America’s first fully digital production, audio visual facilities, Creative House Studios.

In 2003, Glen was led to full time ministry pastoring full time and leading an inner-city church planting season in Phoenix Arizona that spanned 12 years. During that time he maintained a connection with 522 Creative and Salt River Media assisting in the publishing of two books on Christian recovery and the production of over 140 half hour episodes for TBN distribution while consulting on numerous commercial projects.

He has demonstrated creative skills in film, video, graphic and commercial arts, audio and digital media. Creative clients have included major multi-national, national and regional, political, private and public sector organizations. In addition to a range of creative projects, Glen has personally directed hundreds of commercial film, video and audio projects. His clients have included Dominos Pizza, Virgin Music, Toyota, Armstrong International, Fuji Film, Great Western Breweries, Federated Cooperatives, The Government of Canada, and Canadian Mental Health

He also co-wrote and produced "The Little Crooked Christmas Tree", a half-hour animated program featuring Christopher Plummer, recorded at the Audio Department in New York City, NY.
