Attend to spec query to ensure timely delivery of mat’ls
Source & carryout placement of request for materials and follow-up for timely approval
Interface with procurement for expedition of RFQ & P0# creation
Liaise with mat’l coordinator for prompt issuance& delivery of materials
Interface with ICG for creation of requisition for capital spare
Work with expediter for vendor timely delivery of all requested demands.
Interface with end-user to raise material master request form for e-catalogue for non- existing materials.
Interface with AOM & JVO Manager for timely endorsement and approval of e- catalogue requests.
Placement of free-text request on demand.

Development of work pack for basic and complex jobs
Planning & follow-up with CRTD PM02 WO for approval
Preparing progress report of Oso platforms on weekly basis.
Participate in shutdown, scheduling, materials review, long term planning, critical PM review, Supt alignment, asset leadership etc meetings to note and ensure planning concerns/inputs/aspects are being attended to appropriately to enhance equipment efficiency/functionality for optimum productivity
Visit Oso platform on monthly basis to be acquainted with the platform configurations and familiar with the execution team. Participate in safety meetings and be compliant in reporting hazards, near misses and unsafe acts and conditions.
Ability to effectively use computer Software IPES SAPR3 My duties include but not limited to the followings as Project Coordinator: 1997-2006
Visit site to assess, appraise and evaluate to be acquainted with the job to be done and take the necessary measurement.
Prepare drawings and in-house cost estimate in line with the client’s price list, applying critical path analysis methodology to ensure in-house cost estimate stand the taste of time to prevent cost overrun.
Prepare bidders’ list for selection from client’s registered list of contactors provided by the Superintendent.
Administer bid for qualified list of bidders, evaluate bidders’ contract sum and revalidate the cost to select contractor with most feasible price to render the service.
Invite and participate in kick-off meeting for the successful contractor and set work schedule and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
Monitor day to day work progress on critical activities based on the project schedule and advise to ensure strict compliance and prepare weekly and monthly progress report.
Final report writing on the project at completion and project closeout.
Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
